Kareri Lake Trek is located at an elevation of about 9600 ft (2,950 mtr) in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. It is a perfect weekend getaway if you want to switch off from your monotonous routine and get close to nature.

The next half of the trail is rocky grassland which goes along with Nyund River.
