Deo Tibba trek is considered as one of the most exciting and unique terrains

Deo Tibba trek is pleasant trek that takes us to the grazing pastures of the Gaddi shepherds and the emerald blue waters of the Chandertal Lake (4,480 m) with magnificent views of Deo Tibba peak (6,001 m) and its huge hanging glaciers. This is a spectacular view that haunts every trekker giving a unique experience and spectacular scenery all around.

Day 1: Manali – Chikka (10,200 ft.)

Our representatives will meet you in Manali at 10:00 AM. After breakfast and a briefing session, we will drive towards the village of Jagatsukh till the Baraah Hazaari Hydro Water Station, which is the starting point of the trek. We will trek for around 5 – 6 hours to reach our first campsite at Chikka which has large flat pastures – perfect for camping. The trek is through thickly forested hillsides of Oak and Deodar, sprawling lush green meadows carpeted with a myriad variety of wild flowers and herbs. Overnight stay in tents

Day 2: Chikka – Seri (12,800 ft.)

After breakfast we make our way to Seri where we will camp for the next two nights. The trail climbs gradually the whole way. Seri is a beautiful flat meadow, the size of a few football grounds, surrounded by peaks on all sides. This is where the Jagatsukh Nala flattens out completely. Overnight stay in tents

Day 3: Seri – Tenta (13,775 ft.) – Chota Chandratal – Seri

Today, we leave early in the morning for Tenta which offers magnificent views of the daunting Mount Deo Tibba with its huge hanging glaciers rising high in front of us. The trail gets exciting with three shallow streams to cross (no bridges) after Seri! Those willing to ‘push’ themselves can also make their way to Chota Chandratal – a tiny beautiful lake with emerald blue water. After spending some time in exploring the area, we’ll make our way back to Seri. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 4: Seri – Chikka – Manali

After an early morning breakfast, we’ll make our way back to where we started from. Once at Baraah Hazari, we’ll drive to Manali. We will reach Manali Max by 04:00 PM.


1 - The package includes ALL meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), snacks and refreshments throughout the trek. Meals would be wholesome, delicious and abundant.
2 - Accommodation in tents on twin-sharing basis.
3 - Transfers from Dehradun to the starting point of the trek and back.
4 - Entry fees, permit to trek and forest camping charges in the region for the entire duration of the trek, wherever applicable.
5 - Needless to say, we'll provide you with sleeping bags, mattresses, tents and other safety equipment required.
6 - We'll have an English-speaking guides and a team of porters / mules to carry common group equipment.
7 - A trained cook along with helper/ requisite staff.
8 - First aid kit.

4 - Expenses arising out of emergency/evacuation/rain/landslides/unforeseen circumstances beyond one's control.
5 - Though we'll have a well-equipped first-aid kit, we suggest that you bring your own personal medicines.
